The Noguchi Garden was the perfect backdrop for a beautiful, classic yet modern, couple. The warm Southern California sun was shining. The air, more brisk since the turn of fall. Deep breath. Close your eyes. Hold one another. Take in the moment. All these soft spoken words flew from my lips and landed upon their shoulders. A moment, paused. A squeeze of the hand. A gentle smile, forming. Soaking in these short minutes of just the two of them; as husband and wife, before the big bridal party joins to celebrate with them. A quiet reflection of realizing you are now married to your soul mate, your best friend. Couples portraits after the wedding ceremony are one of my favorite times during a wedding day. The love radiating from Pam and Kha was truly magical.
I met Pam and Kha two weeks before their wedding. Yes. That’s right! Two weeks! Something came up with their original photographer and I was blessed with a call from the amazing Maria with Top Event Planner. After the phone call, I quickly get a text from my sister asking me if I just booked a wedding. Her good friend was texting her, asking if my sister knew of me. The stars aligned. We came to find out that my sister and her boyfriend were great friends of Pam and Kha! What a small world, right?!
Pam and Kha’s wedding was beautiful, just like their love for one another. Their personalities are the BEST. They are some of the sweetest people, with a true passion for having fun and living life to its fullest. They are loved by so many! Their reception at the Hyatt Regency Garden Grove was FILLED (almost 500 guests!!!) with friends and family all celebrating Pam and Kha. With the amazing team from Top Catering, beautiful florals from The Flower Boutique, and incredible MC/DJ, DJ Z Productions, Pam and Kha’s wedding was truly an unforgettable celebration.
Pam and Kha, fate has crossed our paths. I am so honored to have been able to document one of most special days of your lives. You two are soul mates and it’s so apparent. The love you have for one another, makes everyone around you smile. Thank you for having me be a part of your celebration. I wish you all the best on your new journey as husband and wife! XOXO!
